Our films are custom-edited emotional films created from your own personal photos and videos. Each photo is animated using artificial intelligence, then every result is reviewed and hand-edited by our team before delivery. This process involves meaningful artistic work and several hours of production.
Given the personalized, made-to-order nature of this service, orders are not eligible for the kind of return typically available for standard physical products.
A refund is only possible before production has started.
You have 2 hours after placing your order to request a cancellation and receive a full refund.
After that window, our team begins creating your film: no refund can be issued once editing has started, even if the film has not yet been delivered. This lets us guarantee fair scheduling and the quality of the handcrafted work that goes into every film.
Once the first version is delivered, no refund is available. However, if you feel something needs improvement, we offer 2 rounds of simple revisions at no extra cost (text, photo order, music from our selection, etc.).
This policy does not limit any right you may have under applicable law if the film delivered has a genuine defect (a corrupted file, a technical error, or content that does not match your order) — in that case, we fix it at no cost.
You may request minor changes at no extra cost within 7 days of receiving the first version of your film.
Major changes (a full music change, adding many extra photos, a complete redo) may incur an additional cost.

If a technical issue unrelated to what you submitted occurs (an unusable file, a rendering error, etc.), we redo the film at no additional cost.
Films are delivered via a secure private digital link, in HD, typically within 48 to 72 hours depending on production load. You will receive:
A download link, and a shareable version (great for family group chats and social media).
Any fraudulent chargeback filed through your bank will result in immediate suspension of delivery and the opening of a dispute review case.
