Products offered on SouvenirsVivants.com are personalized digital films. No physical package is ever shipped: delivery happens exclusively online, via a download link sent by email.
Every order requires sorting, selection, and hand-editing by our team.
Average creation time: 48 to 72 business hoursafter payment is confirmed and we've received your photos/videos.
During high-demand periods (notably around the winter holidays, Mother's Day, Father's Day, etc.), this window may be slightly longer.
As soon as your film is ready, you'll receive a delivery email with a viewing link, a download link, and, where applicable, a short shareable version.
There are no delivery fees: all our films are sent digitally, with no physical shipping involved. The price shown at checkout is the total amount you pay, with no additional shipping cost.
The email is sent to the address you provided when ordering. Please double-check that the email address you entered is correct, check your spam/junk/promotions folder, and add our address to your contacts so you don't miss it: 📧 contact@souvenirsvivants.com
If you haven't received anything after 72 business hours, please contact us with your name, the email address used for the order, and your order number if possible.
If there's an error in the email address you provided, we'll do our best to identify and correct it. If the address is invalid or unreachable, digital delivery cannot proceed until a correct address is provided.
Souvenirs Vivants is not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
Once your film is delivered, the download link remains valid long enough for you to save your film. We strongly recommend keeping a copy on your computer, an external hard drive, or a USB drive to avoid losing your file.
If you lose your file after downloading it, we'll do our best to resend the link, within the limits of our storage and retention capacity.
While rare, delays or technical incidents can occur (hosting issues, server load, etc.). In case of an unusual delay or a broken download link, our support team will check and resend your film as quickly as possible, at no extra cost.
