Films created for customers remain personalized creations. Souvenirs Vivants reserves the right to use anonymized excerpts (with no recognizable face, or with explicit consent) for demonstration purposes, unless the customer explicitly objects.
By sending photos, videos, or any other content to Souvenirs Vivants, you certify and warrant that:
You are solely responsible for the content you submit. You agree to defend and indemnify Souvenirs Vivants against any financial consequence (costs, damages, judgments) resulting from a third-party claim, action, or complaint related to the use of this content as part of the service ordered.
Souvenirs Vivants reserves the right to refuse or discontinue production of a film if it has knowledge of, or a reasonable doubt that, submitted content violates these warranties, without this giving rise to a refund beyond what is provided for in our Refund Policy.

Souvenirs Vivants provides a personalized digital service. Each film is custom-created from the files you provide.
You have 2 hours after placing your order to request a cancellation and full refund, as long as production has not yet started. After that window, our team begins sorting, processing, and editing your film: the order becomes final, and no refund can be issued, even if the film has not yet been delivered.
Once the first version is delivered, no refund is available; you may request up to 2 rounds of simple revisions (photo order, text, transitions, music from our selection, etc.) within 7 days.

If you have any concern about your order, please contact our support team first at contact@souvenirsvivants.com — most issues can be resolved quickly and directly. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved directly with our support team will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New Mexico.
